1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or registering for the Africa–America Trade and Investment Summit 2026 ("AATS 2026" or the "Event"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or register for the Event. These terms are issued by Africa America Business Promotion ("Organiser"), 1854 Lemontree Lane, Loveland, Ohio 45140, USA.

2. Registration & Tickets

• All registrations are subject to approval by the Organiser. Confirmation of payment does not guarantee admission; the Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry.
• Registration fees are stated in US Dollars (USD) or Ghana Cedis (GHS) as indicated at checkout and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Delegate passes are personal and non-transferable without prior written consent from the Organiser.
• The Organiser reserves the right to alter the programme, speakers, venue or format at any time without liability.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• More than 60 days before the Event: Full refund, less a 10% administration fee.
• 30–60 days before the Event: 50% refund.
• Less than 30 days before the Event: No refund. Registration may be transferred to a named substitute at no extra charge.
• If the Organiser cancels the Event due to circumstances beyond its control (force majeure), registration fees will be refunded in full or credited toward a rescheduled event.

4. Delegate Conduct

All delegates are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. The Organiser reserves the right to remove, without refund, any delegate whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, discriminatory or harmful to other participants, sponsors or staff.

5. Photography, Video & Media

The Event will be photographed and recorded. By attending, you grant the Organiser a royalty-free, worldwide licence to use images and recordings in which you appear for promotional purposes across all media. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify the event team in writing before the Event.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images and software — is the property of Africa America Business Promotion or its content partners and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organiser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or attendance at the Event, including but not limited to loss of profits, data or business opportunities. The Organiser's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the registration fee paid by the relevant delegate.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and all content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Organiser makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any information on the site and disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States of America. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hamilton County, Ohio.

10. Changes to These Terms

The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of the website or participation in the Event after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
